Our County Leaders and Government

1 Timothy 2:1-2 Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence.

Psalm 118:24, 25 This is the day which the Lord has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it. Save now, I pray O Lord; O Lord I pray, send now prosperity!

Proverbs 1:2-5

PRAYER:
Lord, we lift up those who are in positions of authority throughout this County, and all those who come alongside to provide for the day-today needs of our people. We pray blessing, wisdom, strength and divine guidance for them. Surround them with wise counsel. Give them ears to hear Your Holy Spirit guiding them into all truth. Give them great ideas and ability to lead our people. Help us as a people to express our gratitude and encouragement for their service.

• Thank the Lord for our public servants and for their families who support them.
• Pray for wisdom, discernment, health, protection and strength.
• Give them courage to stand for righteousness.
• We pray for resources and finances to meet every true need to perform their duties.
