Healthcare Recovery

1 Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.

Galatians 6:9 And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.

1 Corinthians 12:4-7 4 There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5 There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord. 6 And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all. 7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all:

Philippians 4:6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;

PRAYER:
Restoration: Lord, our hospitals, clinics and all forms of health care have been put on hold to protect our people during the COVID-19 pandemic. We thank You for your protection over the people we serve of this land during this season. We ask now, as the health care industry resumes full operations that You guide, grant wisdom and protection to every facility, every administrator, every health care worker. Release the gifts of Your Holy Spirit to be actively working in our health care systems bringing hope, peace and strength. We ask that You restore financial resources and a full re-engagement of the facilities. For systems that were faulty or put on hold, or systems that were emancipated during this period of shut-down, use this wisdom to re-shape how we do things. Help the health care industry glean what was good and overcome challenges. We pray for an improved health care system as a result of this pandemic. Guide our health care leaders with Your eye and show them the way.

Health Care Workers: Loving God, You created us with the capacity to be your hands and feet as we provide healing to Your children. Thank You for the diversity of gifts You have given our health care workers to meet needs. Give us strength, courage and discernment to do Your work in these uncertain times. We are fighting an enemy that we have never had to fight before. We humbly ask that You pour out an extra measure of Your blessing and protection on our health care workers. We know that You care for them.

Wholeness: As we fight COVID-19 we ask that we see Your healing touch in those that are fighting this battle. Please restore them to health and do not let them grow weary; give them the courage to press on, even in the darkest hour.

Hope: Lord God, in every interaction, in every encounter, please let us give the one thing that we most desire – hope. Hope for a future without disease, hope for a world without strife, and hope for eternal life with You.

We pray for all the physicians, nurses, and health care providers; may they be blessed with the wisdom and grace needed to provide the best care possible and honor You in all that they do.
